As an African-American/Native-American male educator, I feel racism everyday of my life. Throughout the daily lives of young people, I work hard with passionate others to eliminate ignorance, obstacles and perceptions. However, I see week by week the small group of dedicated "choir members" (i.e. concerned parents, educators, and specialists) become less and less. My question is -- "What will it take to match racism stride for stride, then eventually overcome this horrible disease of society?" A resident of Sonoma County
